Prada S.p.A. has announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Versace from fashion conglomerate Capri Holdings. The takeover is worth €1.4 billion.

Last night was thé annual fashion gathering of Britain, hosted in the Royal Albert Hall, London. Celebrating the best of the industry, both emerging and established, the event also raises funds for the British Fashion Council Foundation.
